Material for Making Sate Lilit

300 grams
tuna fish filet
50 ml of thick coconut milk

1 lemongrass (bruised)
1 bay leaf
7 lemongrass fruit for pricking sate

Sate Lilit subtle spices

4 curly chili fruits
5 red onion cloves
3 garlic cloves
3 cm ginger1 tsp shrimp paste baked
1 orange leaf (remove the leaf bone)
3 candlenut (roasted)
3 cayenne fruit
Salt to taste)
Brown sugar (to taste)
Flavoring (to taste, if you like)
1 tbsp of cooking oil

How to make sate lilit

Saute spices that have been mashed until fragrant.
Add the crushed lemongrass and bay leaves, mix well.
Blend the coconut milk, grated coconut, and tuna with a blender.
Add coconut milk, grated coconut and tuna to the stir-fry of spices, mix well and cook until cooked.
