Gado-Gado ingredients:

- 1/4 board of fried tempeh

- 75 gr cabbage, roughly sliced

- 50 gr beans, boiled, cut into pieces
- 1 chicken egg, boiled, split in two
- 1 curly lettuce leaf

- enough cracker chips

Gado-Gado Nut Seasoning:

- 150 gr of peanuts
- 3 pecan cloves
- 5 red cayenne fruit
- 2sdm brown sugar
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 300ml medium coconut milk
- salt to taste
- the right amount of oil

How to make Gado-Gado:

1. Peanut sauce.
- Fry the peanuts until they are cooked, lift and tidy.
- Blend the peanuts with peanut sauce, then add the coconut milk, stir until smooth.
- Cook the peanut spices over medium heat, stirring occasionally so the coconut milk doesn't break, cook the peanut sauce until thickened.

Arrange on a plate a few lettuce leaves, carrot slices, beans and potatoes, sliced ​​cabbage, pieces of tempeh, tofu and boiled eggs. Then flush with peanut sauce.
Serve for 2 servings.
